The prevalence of drug use in Indonesia, especially among students, continues to increase, so education and socialization about the dangers of drugs are very important. This community service program is carried out at SMAN 1 Batu Layar with the aim of increasing students' understanding of the dangers of drugs and forming an anti-drug attitude. The methods used include lectures, interactive discussions, and simulation activities that actively involve students, creating an engaging learning atmosphere. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in student understanding, where the percentage of students who did not understand decreased from 26% to 9%, and students who understood very well increased from 23% to 29%. The conclusion of this service emphasizes that the socialization program implemented is effective in increasing student awareness. The village faced key challenges, including limited technical knowledge in livestock management, restricted access to capital, and low financial literacy. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach was employed to actively involve the community in problem identification, training sessions, and program evaluation. The results indicated significant improvements in the community’s capabilities, including more efficient livestock management, enhanced financial literacy, and the utilization of Islamic cooperatives as an alternative community-based financing option. This program received high appreciation from the community and village leaders for its success in creating an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable local economic ecosystem. There are various kinds of processed coffee, one of them is coffee pods. CV Sundanika Indonesia is one of the coffee pods producers in Indonesia. The lack of competitors makes CV Sundanika Indonesia's coffee pods become attractive to the export market. However, in the plan to export coffee pods products, CV Sundanika Indonesia is constrained by the distribution permit from BPOM. One of the requirements for obtaining a BPOM distribution permit is the standardization of the production process through CPPOB. The purpose of this Community Service Program is to introduce CPPOB to CV Sundanika Indonesia. Activities are divided into three stages, i.e. preparation, implementation, and evaluation to ensure the success of the community service program. The preparation stage includes content development, the implementation stage includes CPPOB socialization, and the evaluation stage is measured to determine the participants' understanding of CPPOB. The results of this program indicate an average increase in understanding of CPPOB at 30% as seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test. The purpose of this service is to improve the understanding, motivation, and readiness of grade XII students in continuing their education to college using the Lecture socialization and simulation method which is divided into 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The programs implemented include socialization of college selection pathways, effective learning strategies, scholarship information, and CAT-based Tryout simulations. The evaluation results showed a 130% increase in students' understanding of college selection pathways, from 1.98 on a scale of 5 (pre-test) to 4.56 on a scale of 5 (post-test). The Tryout Simulation provided real experience in facing technology-based exams, although the average score of 756 indicated the need for more intensive assistance. As many as 87% of students considered this activity useful in building self-confidence to continue their education to a higher level. This activity has a positive impact on preparing students academically and strengthening synergy between schools and organizers. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Perda tersebut dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk pengembangan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan diskusi kelompok terarah (focus group discussion) dengan pemerintah daerah, pengelola desa wisata, dan masyarakat lokal. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Perda ini telah memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas, implementasinya belum optimal. Beberapa faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, minimnya pendampingan teknis, dan belum maksimalnya promosi potensi desa wisata. Thus, this activity used Total Physical Response to teach students English vocabulary about human emotion. Human emotion is an adjective that often in daily life. Bu using TPR, the students were able to express their emotion in a proper way and use it in everyday life. The implementation of TPR showed that the students are more familiar with positive emotion rather that negative emotion. Disleksia, merupakan sebuah kesulitan dalam belajar membaca dengan pengajaran konvensional walaupun inteligensi dan lingkungan sosial normal. The simple accounting training aimed to provide a basic understanding of neat and structured financial records, making it easier for businesses to manage cash flow, prepare financial reports, and make data-based decisions. Meanwhile, the digital marketing training focused on utilizing technology and digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce, and online marketing strategies to expand market reach and improve product competitiveness. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' ability to manage finances and utilize digital media for marketing. Information systems are still very reliable, especially for sales, such as selling agricultural products to Indonesian young farmers' associations. The Indonesian Young Farmers Association is a community that sells and produces various agricultural products such as fertilizers, pesticides, medicines, seeds, fruits, vegetables, spices, and food crops. The Indonesian Young Farmers Association is one of the farmer groups located in rural areas. So far the Indonesian Young Farmers Association still uses a conventional system, namely customers who come to their place of business, so buyers have to go to the place where they buy agricultural products and customers need energy to choose the goods or agricultural products they want to buy, and to face intense competition they must have a marketing strategy. Different from its competitors, this requires an information system that can provide information about products to customers quickly and accurately. This research uses the waterfall method which starts from analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis kepada wirausaha lokal agar mampu mengoptimalkan teknologi digital, seperti pemasaran online, e-commerce, manajemen usaha berbasis aplikasi, dan inovasi produk di desa Rempung Kecamatan Pringgasela Lombok Timur. </em><em>Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan wirausaha sebagai mitra aktif dalam seluruh tahapan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, implementasi, hingga evaluasi dan refleksi. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan blended learning, mengombinasikan sesi tatap muka, pembelajaran daring, simulasi bisnis, serta pendampingan oleh mentor berpengalaman. </em><em>Hasil yang diharapkan dari pelatihan ini meliputi peningkatan keterampilan digital, pertumbuhan bisnis melalui platform online, dan kemampuan wirausaha dalam menciptakan inovasi berbasis teknologi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini bertujuan membangun jejaring komunitas wirausaha digital yang mendukung kolaborasi dan berbagi pengetahuan di tingkat lokal. </em><em>Program ini dirancang untuk membantu wirausaha lokal menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital, memperluas pasar, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan memperkuat daya saing di era global. Video ini bertujuan untuk mempromosikan kerajinan rotan berkualitas karya desa tersebut, menggambarkan sejarah dan budaya kerajinan rotan, serta melibatkan masyarakat lokal dalam proses produksi. Studi literatur memberikan kerangka teoritis yang mendukung produksi video ini, termasuk konsep partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal dan pentingnya promosi produk melalui media visual. Metode pelaksanan menggunakan pelatihan dan dokumentasi menguraikan tahapan produksi video secara rinci, dari studi pendahuluan hingga evaluasi pasca-penayangan. Perencanaan video ini menggunakan skenario melalui pelatihan kepada para pihak, perangkat desa, pelaku ekonomi kreatif, dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil pelatihan dan dokumentasi menghasilkan video yang menggambarkan perjalanan pengrajin rotan lokal, mempromosikan potensi ekonomi lokal, dan memperkuat identitas Desa Selebung. This mentoring program includes technical training in making furniture products, business management, digital marketing, and financial management. Apart from that, business networks were also strengthened between local furniture entrepreneurs and the wider market, both at regional and national levels The results of this assistance show an increase in furniture product quality, operational efficiency and better marketing capabilities among MSME players. In addition, there has been a significant increase in income and absorption of local labor.
