Activities included workshops on social media management, creative content production, and integrated content distribution using CapCut, Canva, and Meta Business Suite. The program led to notable improvements: 85% of participants gained a better understanding of social media algorithms, 80% mastered Meta Business Suite for content convergence, and engagement rates increased from 2% to 5%. Promotional efficiency improved by 30%, accompanied by a 25% rise in digital sales conversion. The lack of children’s awareness regarding the impacts of plastic waste makes schools a strategic point for environmental education. A community service activity through KKN UNUGIRI 2025 in Bakulan Village was carried out in the form of waste-sorting socialization and ecobrick-making practice at SDN Bakulan 2. The main objective of this program was to increase students’ knowledge, skills, and environmental awareness regarding plastic waste management through practical and engaging activities. A tangible impact was seen in students beginning to collect plastic waste in their classrooms and schoolyard. This activity aligns with the efforts to achieve the SDGs, particularly Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and Goal 13 (Climate Action). The program is recommended to be continued through class-based ecobrick competitions and the integration of environmental education into the elementary school curriculum
Ahmad Muthi'Uddin Moh. To date, manuscripts written on palm leaves, daluang, and paper containing texts such as babad, serat, and suluk have not been systematically documented and lack standardised cataloguing practices. This situation restricts research access, increases the physical vulnerability of the materials, and weakens the connection between local collections and wider manuscript information networks at regional and national levels. Responding to this urgency, the programme focused on strengthening local knowledge preservation while enhancing institutional capability in written heritage management. Activities were designed through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving needs assessments, focus group discussions, manuscript identification workshops, simulations of standard metadata application, and guided assistance in developing an initial inventory. Librarians, local collection managers, and manuscript owners were actively engaged as partners throughout the process. The programme’s outcomes demonstrated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of manuscript characteristics, identification methods, and cataloguing techniques. Moreover, a registration workflow and a dedicated management team were established to ensure future continuity. Home-care services provided by midwives play an important role in the early detection of complications, emotional support, and increasing family involvement, and various studies have shown their effectiveness in improving mothers’ knowledge, satisfaction, and health. However, in Indonesia, the utilization of these services remains low due to limited maternal knowledge, financial constraints, and midwives’ busy schedules, further aggravated by the absence of national standards for home-care implementation. A community service initiative in Jempong Baru Subdistrict was therefore carried out to improve postpartum mothers’ knowledge and independence through health education and to strengthen midwives’ capacity in innovative home-care practices. Using lectures supported by audiovisual media and leaflets, the program followed the stages of pre-test, counseling, and post-test, which showed a significant increase in postpartum mothers’ knowledge—from 13% categorized as good to 74% after the intervention. The mentoring program focuses on strengthening GPKs’ practical skills in implementing effective, consistent, and scientifically grounded behavioral intervention strategies. The program seeks to enhance GPKs’ capacity to understand the behavioral characteristics of CSN, conduct systematic behavioral observations, analyze behavioral triggers, and apply positive behavior intervention strategies, while simultaneously reinforcing behavior management systems at the institutional level. The mentoring was implemented using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, encompassing stages of needs identification, action planning, conceptual training, individual coaching, structured observation, and collaborative reflection. Data were collected through interviews, observations, field notes, and documentation of classroom practices. The results indicate a significant improvement in GPK competencies, particularly in the application of positive reinforcement, ABC (Antecedent–Behavior–Consequence) behavioral analysis, management of challenging behaviors, and the development of individualized behavior intervention plans. Positive impacts were also observed among CSN, including a reduction in maladaptive behaviors, improved ability to follow instructions, and the creation of a more conducive learning environment. At the institutional level, the program generated strategic recommendations, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for behavior management, strengthened supervision mechanisms, and the creation of internal behavior management modules.
Erna Fitriatun Sri Erny Muliyani Indri Susilawati Muhammad Satria Mulyajaya Sukarman Sukarman Copyright (c) 2025 Erna Fitriatun, Sri Erny Muliyani, Indri Susilawati, Muhammad Satria Mulyajaya, Sukarman Sukarman https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-17 2025-12-17 4 2 207 218 10.57248/jilpi.v4i2.732 Edukasi Kesehatan tentang Faktor Penyebab Kecemasan Ibu Hamil Trimester III Sebagai Upaya dalam Persiapan Persalinan https://journal.ikmedia.id/index.php/jilpi/article/view/737
Pregnancy is a significant moment in a woman's life, a time of great joy and hope. However, pregnancy can also be a challenging and stressful time, both physically and emotionally. This condition often becomes an emotional crisis for some women and, if not managed properly, can lead to complications for both mother and baby. Evidence shows that various somatic and psychological problems, such as fear, anxiety, and depression, often accompany pregnancy. Anxiety is a mental state often characterized by feelings of worry, dread, and anxiety about things that have not yet happened or may happen in the future, including high risks for the pregnant woman. Pregnant women with a history of miscarriage may fear that they will lose another baby, and this can exacerbate their anxiety. Anxiety that persists throughout the labor process can prolong labor and increase the risk of maternal and fetal death. Therefore, a community service initiative in Jempong Baru District was carried out to increase the knowledge of pregnant women in the third trimester to find out the factors that cause anxiety before childbirth as an effort to prepare for a healthy childbirth. Using a lecture method supported by audiovisual media and leaflets, this program follows the stages of pre-test, counseling, and post-test, which showed a significant increase in the knowledge of pregnant women in the third trimester from 16% in the good category to 80% after the intervention. Health education is a highly effective promotive and preventive effort to improve individual and group health knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. The goal was to increase pregnant women's knowledge about anemia management in the third trimester as an effort to prepare for a healthy delivery. The methods used were counseling, discussion, question and answer sessions, and pre- and post-tests. There was an increase in pregnant women's knowledge, as evidenced by the number of pregnant women with good knowledge, increasing from 30% to 80% after receiving health education, a 50% increase. The primary issues identified include the low level of participation of persons with disabilities in productive economic activities and the suboptimal implementation of inclusive MSME downstreaming. The project employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The findings indicate that persons with disabilities possess significant potential to engage in various downstreaming stages, such as packaging, product finishing, basic design, and digital marketing. Nevertheless, structural, cultural, and technical barriers continue to impede their full integration. This project proposes an inclusive empowerment model based on MSME downstreaming that integrates competency-based training, continuous mentoring, adaptive facilities, and collaboration among MSMEs, local government, and disability communities.
