Sosialisasi Layanan Psikologi dan Pentingnya Kesehatan Mental bagi Anggota Komunitas Jalan Bareng Makassar

This study discusses the importance of mental health with a focus on providing education related to access to psychological services for members of the Jalan Bareng Makassar community. Mental health is an important aspect in realizing comprehensive health. However, in most developing countries, mental health issues have not been prioritized. This has the potential to have a long-term impact and disrupt individual work activities if they do not immediately receive psychological services. This service aims to educate members of the Jalan Bareng Makassar community about the importance of access to psychological services and the impact of an unhealthy mentality in their activities. This activity involved approximately 25 members of the Jalan Bareng Makassar community as participants and one of the Psychologists from the Humind Wellbeing Center as a facilitator, using an interactive discussion method. The results of this activity indicate that a structured and collaborative approach is effective in increasing understanding of the importance of psychological services in maintaining individual mental health and increasing awareness, as well as participant knowledge regarding the importance of early detection and mental health.

Penyuluhan Digital Marketing Gula Aren untuk Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga dan Pencegahan Stunting di Air Abang Ulu Belu Tanggamus

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Pekon Air Abang dilaksanakan sebagai upaya nyata untuk membantu warga dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan di bidang pemasaran produk lokal, khususnya gula aren. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, simulasi, dan diskusi interaktif yang disertai dengan pemberian pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil pengukuran dibagi menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu paham, cukup paham, dan tidak paham. Selama pelaksanaan, warga mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai pentingnya digital marketing sebagai sarana pemasaran modern yang dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar serta meningkatkan daya saing produk gula aren Air Abang dengan produk sejenis dari daerah lain. Melalui diskusi interaktif, masyarakat juga dilibatkan dalam pembahasan berbagai strategi pemasaran yang bisa diterapkan, mulai dari pemanfaatan marketplace hingga promosi melalui media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat setelah diberikan materi dan simulasi, terbukti dari perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian berjudul “Penyuluhan Digital Marketing Marketplace terhadap Masyarakat sebagai Program Unggulan untuk Pemasaran Gula Aren dalam Mendukung Pendapatan Keluarga dan Pencegahan Stunting di Air Abang Ulu Belu Tanggamus” dapat disimpulkan berhasil memberikan manfaat nyata, baik dalam peningkatan pengetahuan maupun kesiapan warga untuk mengembangkan usaha gula aren secara lebih profesional.

This community service activity was carried out through a fieldwork program at Lombok Plaza Hotel, specifically in the storekeeper division. The aim of this activity is to highlight the crucial role of inventory management in ensuring financial transparency and operational efficiency within the hospitality industry. Proper inventory recording supports accurate financial reports, reduces the risk of stock discrepancies, and strengthens decision-making in daily operations. The method applied during the internship was direct observation and hands-on practice, including recording the inflow and outflow of goods, updating stock data in the RAPP-Shortcut system, checking item availability, and managing procurement from suppliers. The results of this program indicated that systematic inventory management helps minimize errors, improves stock control, and supports transparency in financial reporting. Furthermore, students gained valuable experience in applying theoretical knowledge of management and accounting in a real work environment, while developing technical, analytical, and communication skills. In conclusion, this activity emphasized the importance of accurate inventory recording as a foundation for financial transparency and sustainable hotel operations, while also providing practical learning outcomes for students in preparing for professional careers.

Penguatan Kapasitas Akademisi dan Mahasiswa melalui Dialog dan Pelatihan Reflektif Pembangunan Daerah Menuju NTB Makmur Mendunia

This community engagement program aims to strengthen the capacity of academics and students through dialogue and reflective training in support of regional development aligned with the vision of NTB Prosperous and Globally Recognized. The initiative stems from the growing need for active academic participation in development, which should not only focus on technical skills but also emphasize the cultivation of critical awareness and analytical capabilities.The program employed a participatory approach by integrating Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), Critical Reflective Practice, and Collaborative Engagement. It was implemented within the higher education environment, involving lecturers and students across various study programs. The activities included reflective dialogues with resource persons from academia, development practitioners, and local government, as well as case-based reflective training. Evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests demonstrated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of sustainable development concepts, critical awareness, and collaborative skills. Participants were not only able to identify regional development challenges but also to formulate strategic recommendations aligned with the vision of NTB Prosperous and Globally Recognized. The results reinforce the theory that community participation—particularly from academics and students—is a key element in regional development. The scientific novelty of this program lies in its reflective approach combined with academic dialogue, which has rarely been the focus of previous community engagement initiatives. Accordingly, this program contributes to the creation of a collaborative learning ecosystem that fosters synergy among academics, students, government, and society in advancing sustainable regional development.

Pelatihan Pengembangan Konten Berbasis Artificial Intelligence dalam Mendukung Pariwisata Lombok

The digitalization era has brought significant changes to tourism marketing in Indonesia, yet many tourist villages have not fully optimized the use of digital technology to create attractive promotional content. This community service program was designed to strengthen the digital capacity of Lebah Sempage Tourism Village in West Lombok Regency, which has great tourism potential but faces challenges in content creation and dissemination. The main objective was to introduce the community to AI-based tools that are free, practical, and accessible through smartphones, enabling them to produce engaging promotional materials. The program applied a Community-Based Learning approach combined with Transfer of Knowledge methodology. A one-day seminar was conducted with 28 participants, consisting of BUMDesa managers, members of the Tourism Awareness Group, local entrepreneurs, and youth organizations. The training provided step-by-step modules on how to utilize AI applications for generating promotional images, writing social media captions, and developing tourism content. The results showed positive impacts, including increased awareness of digital technology, the formation of informal peer discussion groups, and the rise of local digital champions. These outcomes highlight that digital transformation at the grassroots level does not necessarily require sophisticated infrastructure but rather effective strategies for transferring practical knowledge. In conclusion, this program contributed to sustainable community empowerment by enhancing digital marketing skills to support tourism development.

Pelatihan Public Speaking untuk Meningkatkan Komunikasi dan Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dalam Dunia Kerja

Public speaking is essential for vocational high school (SMK) students as it enhances soft skills, thereby enabling effective communication in a competitive labor market and in social interactions. Mastery of public speaking fosters self-confidence, leadership, and the ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences. This community service program aimed to provide practical public speaking training while also enhancing students’ self-confidence and communication skills. This community service was service-learning method with training and assistance approach that involving the lecturer and students to take a part actively in the activity. The training was designed to include the delivery of basic knowledge and techniques of public speaking (speech), as well as hands-on practice sessions. At the conclusion of the program, students demonstrated noticeable improvements in confidence, clarity of expression, and overall public speaking performance. Practical training in public speaking effectively contributes to the development of vocational high school students’ soft skills, preparing them to communicate more effectively in academic, professional, and social contexts.
