Penguatan Literasi Hukum Bisnis bagi Wirausaha Pemula melalui Edukasi Hukum di Lingkungan Pesantren

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance students’ understanding of the importance of business law and to foster a critical entrepreneurial mindset among novice entrepreneurs at Miftahul Jannah Tahfidz Quran Islamic Boarding School. In an era of rapid economic development, understanding entrepreneurship is not only focused on the ability to generate profits but also on legal aspects, ethics, and responsibility in conducting business activities. The implementation of this program was carried out through counseling, education, and interactive discussions on entrepreneurial concepts, the importance of critical thinking, the identification of business opportunities, and a basic understanding of business law in entrepreneurial activities. The results of the program indicate that participants gained a better understanding of the importance of making appropriate decisions and conducting business honestly and responsibly. This activity is expected to improve participants’ knowledge and skills, enabling them to become creative and innovative entrepreneurs who possess legal awareness in managing business activities in the future.
